Summary. Peucedanum kupense I. Darbysh. & Cheek is described from the montane grassland on the summits of Mt Kupe, South West Province, Cameroon, and its conservation status is reviewed. The affinity of this new species with the closely related P. zenkeri Engl. ex H. Wolff and P. angustisectum (Engl.) C. Norman is discussed.
