Purpose: To evaluate the role of zygote intrafallopian transfer (ZIFT) procedure in patients with repeated ( > 5) implantation failure.

Methods: ZIFT and transcervical uterine embryo transfer (ET) cycles in patients without tubal factor infertility and 5 or more previous implantation failure were compared.
