Arthur Ashe legendary tennis pro family attends school dedication

With the first year under their belts the students and staff of the newly built Arthur Robert Ashe, Jr. Middle school dedicated their building. In honor of the dedication, Arthur Ashe's family members attended. In his speech, Johnnie Ashe, urged students to excel and dare to be different.

"If you ever look at anyone who has been successful it has been because they dared to be different. They took a chance. I challenge the parents to work with administration and faculty to make their school one of excellence. It takes everyone to make a school work," said Ashe.
