Once the U.S.'s automaking epicenter, Flint, Michigan is producing a new export-dancers.

Flint, MI has suffered from high unemployment rates since the auto plant closures of the 1980s, immortalized in films such as Roger & Me. Yet despite hard times, Flint still boasts one of the largest community art schools in the country.
