"I am writing to comment on a statement that appeared in the article, "Why Colorado Farmers Want New York City Biosolids" that appeared in the July, 2000 issue of BioCycle. I found the article interesting and useful in outlining the history of the program in Colorado. However, there was one statement about New York State biosolids regulations that may mislead the reader.
