Israel's Teflon Prime Minister Has Velcro Wife

Under their unique version of parliamentary democracy, members of Israel's Knesset can bring down a government with a simple majority vote. But they are stuck with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who was elected by Israeli voters in May 1996 to a four-year term, unless a two-thirds majority of the 120 Knesset members votes against him.
