Davis: `Best Mother's Day gift is return of census form'

The best Mother's Day gift a person can give is to return their U.S. Census forms, U.S. Rep. Danny K. Davis (D-7th) and other African American political leaders said over the weekend.

The coalition said returning those census forms is the most "precious" Mother's Day gift of all because it will not only be a blessing to their mothers but for the next generation as well.
