Isaac's Restaurant & Deli, the restaurant chain known for its flamingo logo, plans to hatch a different restaurant in Central Pennsylvania.

By branching out, Isaac's hopes to further improve, said Philip R. Wenger, owner, president and chief executive officer. Competition between his Isaac's restaurants and the planned one would not be an issue, he said.
