RIVERSIDE - The Riverside County Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors approved the first sale of property in the University Research Park.

The 39-acre University Research Park is the core of the 856Riverside Regional Technology Park. Most of the undeveloped land, and all of the 39-acre University Research Park property is included within the Hunter Business Park Specific Plan, the County of Riverside Highgrove Redevelopment Project Area, and the Agua Mansa Enterprise Zone.
