Iran Sanctions: Dual Containment Gets Teeth

Look out. A very tough Iran sanctions bill, intended to cripple the Iranian oil industry, is coming down the pike in the U.S. Congress. The Iran Foreign Oil Sanctions Act is almost certain to be passed soon, probably with Bill Clinton's signature, and when it is, the U.S. and Iran will be on yet another collision course.
