"You think you're so smart, but I've seen you naked / and I'll probably see you naked again," affirm Barenaked Ladies in their song "Blame It On Me" off the 1992 album Gordon. Artist Robert Villamagna likes the lyric so much he named his latest exhibition after it. But this is no exhibition of nudes; the nakedness he speaks of is much more figurative. Villamagna's work is classified as "assemblage art" -- a term coined in the 1950's that applies to collage, photomontage and sculptural composition, specifically using found objects.
