Last week Harris Ranch developers announced they were fed up with agency rules and regulations and are bailing out of the development in medias res.

The developers leave the planned community with less than 15 percent of the proposed 3,100 homes built and no school, grocery store, fire station or parks as promised to residents who have already bought homes in the development.
