Strange Enchantment: A conversation with native novelist Evelina Zuni Lucero.

I met Evelina Lucero a year ago in the shiny new library of the Institute of American Indian Arts' just-finished campus. A freshly hired adjunct instructor, I was nervous and indisguisably, clumsily Anglo. Our colleague Arthur Sze introduced Evelina to me as "Isleta and San Juan Pueblo," whereupon I nodded and tried to look knowledgeable about tribal affiliations.
