Rudy's Support for Partial-Birth Abortion Repels New York Activists

Albany, N.Y-"If Rudy Giuliani got out of the Senate race and a Republican candidate with conservative credentials got in, Hillary Clinton would lose. Right now that isn't going to happen. I think I would rather he didn't run."

With those words to reporters and participants at the New York Conservative Party's annual conference, an angry State Chairman Mike Long all but slammed the door on his party's giving its U.S. Senate ballot line to New York Mayor Giuliani, the presumptive Republican opponent to Hillary Clinton.
