The racial attitudes of American Presidents tend to influence the racial views of U.S. citizens. To this end, in past issues of JBHE, we have reviewed the racial behavior of several U.S. Presidents, including George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, and Dwight Eisenhower.
