Union organizers inside plants

Non-union employers cannot turn away union organizers who want to be hired for jobs so that they can organize from inside. It's illegal to turn them away, the Supreme Court has ruled.

The court ruling arose from a case involving an Illinois company, Starcon, that refused to hire members of the Boilermakers Union that had admitted they were voluntary union organizers.
