Poll: Little Change Since Crown Heights; On 10th anniversary of riots, study finds hazy view of relations between blacks and Jews.

Adecade after the Crown Heights riots, blacks and Jews are less than enthusiastic about the progress between them, according to a new poll.

Asked about the state of their relations, 47 percent of New York Jews surveyed and 58 percent of New York blacks said there had been no change or a decline. Only 36 percent of Jews and 32 percent of blacks said they saw an improvement. The rest said they did not know.
