On The Move With JERRY STILLER: With a role in a new HBO special and one in a Westport play (not to mention `Seinfield'), the actor who just turned 70 is on a roll.

Jerry Stiller still moves around a lot - though not in the same way as when he grew up in Brooklyn.

Today, Stiller travels between his West Side apartment and Nantucket, Mass., where he and wife of 44 years Anne Meara have a vacation home.

From there, he might be off to Los Angeles for a taping of "Seinfeld" or to Westport, Conn., where he's appearing (Aug. 18-30) in "After Play" (written by Meara) or out to Pasadena for the Emmy ...
