`Another Cause For Mourning': Religious Ministry official declares Western Wall plaza off-limits to non-Orthodox prayer after police scuffle with Conservative, Reform Jews.

Jerusalem - Conservative and Reform Jews may not pray according to their own tradition anywhere near Judaism's holiest site - the Western Wall - a senior official of the Religious Affairs Ministry told The Jewish Week Tuesday.
