War Of (Holy) Words: The Koran, the Hebrew Bible and violence.

It's not just the Koran.

As American media pundits, religious scholars and lay people focus on Islam's holy book, and how some of its texts are being used by some Islamists to justify suicide terrorists and holy war, it would also do well to take another look at the Hebrew Bible.

So says noted religion scholar Martin E. Marty.
