Walk for unity planned: Westinghouse class of 2000 remembers Ebony Patterson with scholarship walk

Ever since the tragic shooting death of Ebony Patterson last spring outside Westinghouse High School in Homewood, the class of 2000 has been contemplating how they could put a positive spin on the death of a young girl who had a bright future.

They came up with an idea that planners hope will help raise scholarship money for two members of Westinghouse's senior class--a unity walk.
