Tell The Truth: African-Americans Upset... But Very Seldon Angry.

This week's column is the result of Councilman an Onorato's verbal assassination of Councilwoman Valerie McDonald.

I listen to Ralph Proctor's "Black Talk" and Debbie Norrell's "Talk Back," and at least two hours were taken up by listeners who were upset. I checked the definitions of the two words. Upset is a temporary state of mind; angry is a long-lasting strong resentment.]
