Hafiz is putting the `w' in holistic health: New YWCA health and wellness director says wholistic health addresses mind, body, spirit

Saeeda Hafiz, the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh's new health and wellness director, hopes to dispel the myth that wholistic health is weird.

Hafiz uses the word "wholistic" spelled with a "w" instead of an "h" because, she says, she wants people to know that the "whole" body is involved with the health and healing processes.

"We're a whole system connected together," she says.
