ABSTRACT

Objectives In the present study, the relationship between plasma leptin and other cardiovascular risk factors in high-risk postmenopausal women was assessed, as well as the effect of transdermal 17[beta]-estradiol unopposed or in combination with intermittent medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) on plasma leptin.
