Brewery

Co. officials were reviewing and

signing documents in New York City

for

the $10.5 million sale of the brewery.

Representatives of both companies continued reviewing and signing documents in a New York office late Wednesday night. At press time, it was not known whether all the documents had been signed. Platinum

Holdings is expected to take possession of the brewery when the money changes hands, ...
