Air Service Restoration Act aimed at filling friendly skies

North Dakota travelers stand to benefit from a proposed bill aimed at securing better air service for rural states.
Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., has sponsored a bill, known as the Air Service Restoration Act, which would help revive air service in small communities and rural states that have suffered as a result of airline deregulation.
