Chemical maker hopes to add production line

Kemwater North America Co., a Walnut Creek, Calif.-based manufacturer of water-treatment chemicals, hopes to install a new production line soon at its Spokane plant, which would allow the company to make a second water-treatment chemical here.
Kemwater's Spokane plant, at 2315 N.
