Ski area proposal gaining support
|
BOZEMAN--Bridger Bowl is closer than ever to going from Bozeman's backyard ski hill to a destination resort complete with overnight accommodations, base area housing and commercial development.
A proposal to develop the area around the base of the community-owned operation has been tied up in litigation since 1992. But a proposed settlement announced Wednesday by Gallatin County District Court Judge Larry Moran would allow the development to move forward.
