Two categories of dermatology residencies combined to fill nearly 100 percent of the available positions offered by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) in its annual March match.
Dermatology/PGY- 1 (post-graduate year one) filled all 30 slots available in U.S. training programs. Dermatology/ PGY-2 (post-graduate year two) filled 219 of 221 positions offered in the match.
