Task forces: Another Washington link

In the National Guard, there are nearly half a million soldiers and airmen. In Washington, there are 535 Congressm. And on staff at the National Guard Association of the United States, there are sex legislative specialsts. They are expected to keep track of the Guard's needs, while maintaining contact with as many Capitol Hill politicos as they can.

An effective group of issue-specific task forces can aid the association in these efforts.
