Corinth anticipates hundreds of new jobs

CORINTH--Almost 800 new jobs could be added to this northeast Mississippi community's economy within the next few years from projects currently in the works.

Corinthian Inc., a manufacturer of upholstered furniture, recently completed an expansion that will create 200 new jobs and will increase employment to about 600. Timber Products, processors and shippers of wood, recently purchased the Dana Building in Corinth, and will add up to 70 new jobs in the next two to three years.
