What is your agency's framework for growth?

A successful agency in the new millennium must have a clear framework for growth. This sounds like a business truth doesn't it? I wonder how many of the following ideas sounded like business truths to you when you first read them: Intrapreneurs, Demassing, Skunkworks, Restructuring, Re-Engineering, Vision, Global Corporations, MBO, Management By Walking Around, EBITDA, Theory X or Theory Z, Drivers of the Business, and the list goes on.
