Like many successful women, Sarah Sawyer fell into her current job by mistake.

"After moving back to my small hometown, I wanted to make a difference in small ways," said Sawyer. "I was on the chamber board for about a year and then we took a bold move to hire a manager. I volunteered to try it. I have a passion for working to help people 'see' results in our small town. This feeling has expanded to my county and the state."
