As though the Louisville Ballet's new building on Main Street isn't striking enough in purely architectural terms, in recent months it's sported a giant poster featuring a dancer with extended limbs, flying tresses and a mischievous smile. Compared to more traditional balletic images that project delicacy, refinement and a certain aloofness, there is something joyous and inviting about the athletic freedom inherent in her triumphant stance.
