SUMMARY

The capacity of two Trichoplusia ni (TN-368 and BTI-Tn-5bl-4) and a Spodoptera frugiperda (IPLB-SF-21A) cell lines to glycosylate recombinant, baculovirus-encoded, secreted, placental alkaline phosphatase was compared.
