[The art of the feud: reconceptualizing international relations]

A book whose title suggests a reconceptualization of the field of international relations has to be ambitious. It must first explain why we should rethink the way we do things. Only then does it make sense to begin to select alternative approaches. This volume could have benefited from a more serious discussion about whether we need reform or a revolution. The contributors identify serous problems within the field, but most are not new - though this book concentrates many points of view in one place.
