TEENAGE PREGNANCY

Abstract

This paper outlines why teenage pregnancy is a significant cause of health inequality. It highlights the factors that are associated with teenage pregnancy and the adverse health outcomes that can result. It looks at the national strategy for tackling teenage pregnancy with its focus on reducing conception rates and providing better support to teenage parents.
