Army: Warrant officer activities at mid-winter conference 2003

Forty warrant officers attended the WO Committee breakfast to kick-off the activities at the Mid-Winter meeting. MG Robert W Smith III, ROA Army vice president, congratulated the Warrant Officer Committee on their accomplishments during the past year and outlined his goals for the coming year. COL Frank Edens, ROA staff liaison, also added his appreciation and thanks to the Warrant Officer Committee for their continued support and for organizing the Warrant Officer Professional Development Seminars for this year's MidWinter Conference.
