Newly elected officers set forth goals

At the ROA National Convention in Boston, Mass., four national Executive Committee-Navy Section officers were elected for the 1998-99 year. They join Capt. Gordon Bell, USCGR (Ret.), who is serving the second year of his term as ExCom member-Coast Guard seat.
