Fiserv to acquire Precision Computer Systems

Fiserv, Inc., of Brookfield, Wis., is purchasing Precision Computer Systems of Sioux Falls, S.D. Both companies provide core processing software and services to banks across the country, with a concentration of customers in the Upper Midwest.

Terms of the deal, which was announced March 11, were not disclosed. Precision Computer Systems, founded in 1982, has about 730 customers and generates about $25 million in annual revenues.
