Report: Investment Money Should Keep Flowing; La Habra's Slate Creek Apartments Fetch $25M

Irvine-based Crown Realty & Development has made a major play in the Burbank area with its buy of Media City Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional mall. Crown paid some $111 million for the property.
