Preschool temperament and environmental factors related to the five-factor model of personality in middle childhood

Associations between preschool temperament and environment factors and schoolage personality were prospectively investigated in a Swedish sample of 93 children. Parental temperament ratings of emotionality, activity, sociability, shyness, and impulsivity and maternal and teacher personality ratings of the Big Five dimensions were used.
