ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- Jean-Philippe PerezOlivier Malbault, Martin Mosquet, all of Orleans, FR, have developed a Colloidal hydroxide aqueous suspension of at least one transition element serving to reduce chrome in cement .The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 07601328 on Oct. 13.

The patent has been assigned Chryso, Issy les Moulineaux.
