ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 5 -- Yin Tang and Long Nguyen, both of Ann Arbor, Mich., Anthony C. Sutorik of Milan, Mich., Tom Hinklin of Kalamazoo, Mich., David Scerbak of Traverse City, Mich., and William H. Rhodes of Lexington, Mass., have developed a sintered polycrystalline terbium aluminum garnet. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,592,281 on Sept. 22.

The patent has been assigned to Nanocerox Inc., Ann Arbor.
