The City of Gaithersburg hosts a multi media exhibit of the Alizarin Artists at the City Hall Gallery September 25 through November 22, 2009. The Gallery is located on the second floor of City Hall, 31 S. Summit Avenue in Olde Towne, Gaithersburg.
Alizarin Artists, comprised of Russian-born female painters Luba Sterlikova and Olga Sheymov, create luminous atmospheric works using a colorful palette to convey mood, emotion and feeling. Both Russian and American influences can be detected in their works ...
