ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 19 -- Chia-Tsung Tso, Jiun-Hong Lai and Mei-Jen Wu, all from Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, Li Te Hsu of Shanhua Township, Taiwan, Pin Chia Su of Tainan, Taiwan, and Po-Zen Chen of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, have developed a controlling system with semiconductor devices. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,588,946 on Sept. 15.

The patent has been assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Hsin-Chu, Taiwan.
