Fake currency racket busted in Raipur

Raipur, Sep. 10 -- An international fake currency racket was busted in Raipur for the first time after two local youth caught hold of two persons who were allegedly trying to circulate fake currency notes in Raipur on Tuesday night. The currency was brought into Raipur from Bangladesh, according to police sources.
An alert shopkeer of Raipur informed his two friends that he was given a fake currency note by two persons as payment towards purchase of some article. The two friends immediately began a search for the duo and succeeded in nabbing them. They immediately informed the police. A ...
