A comprehensive guide to philately released at GPO

Ranchi, July. 05 -- In order to raise people interest in perhaps one of the most popular hobbies of the world, philately, a first of its kind book in the region, Rendezvous with stamps was released at the Philatelic Bureau in the General Post Office here on Saturday.
While releasing the book, Chief Postmaster General RRP Singh said that the book compiled and created by Anil Kumar, Director Postal Services Jharkhand was meant to arouse interest among common people, especially children about collection of a variety of stamps.
