ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- Yin Tang of Ann Arbor, Mich., Anthony C. Sutorik of Milan, Mich., Long Nguyen of Belleville, Mich., Tom Hinklin of Kalamazoo, Mich., David Scerbak of Traverse City, Mich., and William H. Rhodes of Lexington, Mass., have developed a magneto-optical device.
