Dutch Inventors Develop Immersion Lithographic Apparatus

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 29 -- Hans Jansen and Jan-Gerard Cornelis Van Der Toorn, both of Eindhoven, Netherlands, and Patricius Aloysius Jacobus Tinnemans of Hapert, Netherlands, have developed a lithographic device.
